OOCL Adjusts the Freight for Goods Exported from South China to Asia

OOCL (Orient Overseas Container Line) announces that, starting from January 9, 2011, it will increase the freight for dry cargo exported from Hong Kong, Macau and South China region to Asian countries (excluding Japan). The specific increase range is as follows: an increase of US$50 per 20-foot container, and an increase of US$100 per 40-foot container and 40-foot high cube container, which will be charged according to the date of shipment.
